Registration

The Symposium is open to individuals from all sectors to discuss/present topics related to Dams.

The Symposium program will consist of the following (details provided here):

Two Keynote lectures, namely, presentations from:

Bryant Robbins (US Army Corps of Engineers Risk Management Center – Chief, Western Division) on “The Evolution of Embankment Dam Design and Construction”.

Rick Friedel (Senior Geotechnical Engineer – Klohn Crippen Berger) on “Utilizing a Performance-Based Approach to Support Safe Tailings Management”.

Technical sessions including presentation of 9 papers.

Geotechnical suppliers trade show exhibition.

Continental breakfast, lunch, and two coffee breaks provided.

A link to the proceedings will be made available once papers are received. Refer to the Symposium Program for the presentation titles.

Symposium registration is now online at the link below. Your receipt will be sent to your registered email address two days before the Symposium. Registration is $225 before April 12th, $275 thereafter, and $325 day-of. The student registration fee is $75.
